GREEN STREET - FREE
This will be a regular, First Saturday of the month event. GREEN STREET are a collective of musicians that feature members of EL MAHICO plus my old mucker TONY ROBINSON on keyboards and trumpet. The music will be live Blues Funk breakbeats and impromptu jams based on BLUE NOTE RECORDS artists such as Herbie Hancock, Kenny Burrell and Grant Green. Expect a plethora of Leicester’s finest musicians getting up and jamming with them. This will be a HAPPENING!!

TUESDAY LUNCHTIME ..... BORED ???

THE DONKEY now have a live "Trad Jazz" (Traditional New Orleans Jazz Band) playing EVERY Tuesday from 12.30. It's New Orleans and Chicago Re-visited

Average age of the band members (that have a pulse!) is 60+, so you are guarenteed a fantastic time. Come on down for your lunch break, have a meal, a beer and soak up the New Orleans/Chicago atmosphere then phone in sick* cos you just wont want to leave!!!!!

Designed specifically for us that are too dumb to remember general knowledge, but for some reason have a big thing about music and too much TV. £1 per team member. Hosted by crazy Ian - too old to be a hippy and too young to claim his pension.
The Music Agenda - plenty of real live music on nearly every week
Silly pics - we're looking to update this section with pics of the bar and the crazy locals we're got here. They're not as crazy as they look....they're worse!
